Fee Schedule

Initial consultation designed to assess an individual’s mental or physical health concerns and identify potential conditions or issues that may require treatment or intervention.   (50 minute session)

One-on-one counseling session between a client and a trained therapist.  (50 minute session)

Guided by a trained therapist, couples work together to identify issues, build healthier interaction patterns, and strengthen their emotional connection.   (50 minute session)

Fee will vary depending on complexity of appointment.

Therapeutic approach that incorporates mounted interactions with horses to promote emotional, physical, and psychological well-being. Guided by trained professionals, participants engage in activities such as grooming, feeding, leading horses, and riding,  which help improve communication, self-awareness, trust, and coping skills. 

To ensure our animals receive the best care and to maintain their living spaces, we charge a small Animal Interaction Fee for sessions that include engagement with animals beyond our therapy horses. 

We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes plans change. However, to ensure we can offer the best care to all our clients and respect the time of our staff, we have a 24-hour cancellation policy in place. 

We accept all credit and debit cards, checks, and cash.  Services are billable to all major insurances companies, including United Healthcare, Caterpillar and Blue Cross Blue Shield; please check your plan.  We offer a sliding fee scale for patients who qualify, based on income and family size.
